Learning about territories, natural resources, landscapes and borders in the form of print art.
Students are currently extending that learning (i.e. what is a territory) to their own culture and the culture of a local First Nation.
In Math, students ran the gauntlets of multiplication and long division, perhaps the most demanding stretch of math this year.
Continuing our exploration of Storytelling, students learned the Women’s Warrior Drum Song, which the whole school sang at the Pink Day Assembly.
Students also participated in an Entomophagy (i.e. insect eating)workshop put on by UBC students.
