Students have capped off a month of hard work with well-earned Halloween celebrations.

We have been slowly working on poems about the harms of residential schools and the healing and care of community. We have also been exploring what a good goal is and setting some for ourselves.

In Math, students have been reviewing and reinforcing place value concepts, while also looking at patterns in numbers and time. Furthermore, we have been discussing and following the recent BC elections while learning about government structures and responsibilities.

In Art, students finished their river art and started/completed their Yayoi Kusama pumpkins.
