We are finally settling into our class routines and the daily rhythms of Kerrisdale. Students have started to self-evaluate and set goals regarding the core competencies.

Learning about critical thinking through a house of cards building challenge

We have been continuing our progress in Math: learning about place value and time. In literacy, we have been discussing the important elements of stories and the different forms that they can take. Grade 4s have been examining ways that they can engage politically and how to differentiate subjective perspectives from objective perspectives.
